I would like to express my interest in a volleyball coaching
position within your organization.
Over the years, I have developed a strong motivation to work in
High Performance environments . I am driven by the process of
helping teams grow step by step and translating that growth into
visible results on the court. Last few years i developed myself as
a coach at the national training centre being an assistant coach in
the entire woman’s development programm.
Last few years i developed experience in both elite club programs
and national team programms. Those expierences include being
an assistant coach during the FIVB U20 Women’s World
Championship in 2021 (4th place) and the U20 European
Championship in 2024. Working at this level has taught me clear
communication, managing physical load, and maintaining clarity
under high pressure.
At the club level, I have been involved in developing training
structures, defining clear game principles and creating a culture
in which players take responsibility for their own development.
Besides that through my company, I have successfully
established and led three private volleyball schools, taking full
responsibility for their structure, staffing, and performance.
My goal is to contribute to an environment where players can
develop consistently and where long-term growth is prioritized
alongside competitive success.
